Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The absolute worst company I have ever worked for. The owners both need to retire - they are awful leaders. Their sons were put in positions that they are not skilled or qualified for. They show favoritism to their fiends and family members. The company has lost 5 large MSP programs since January 2025 and continue to lose business. They have not won any new business since I’ve been an employee, 2 years. They are unethical, steal and lie from their customers, and treat their employees awful. They withheld raises to employees because of all the clients being lost. Some of use had to wait until April to get our raises. If you are not someone who has a similar background as them, you won’t make it. It’s disappointing to see some many good people leave the organization. I hate working here, but need income right now.

Pros

Am not there anymore and could not be happier on a personal and professional level.

Cons

Employees asked to right positive reviews. Employees told to vote for Acro as "The Best and Brightest..." awards. There is zero dispute (although HR will try to debate this in their response to this review) that their systems are extremely outdated AND payroll department has extremely limited experience with light industrial staffing...which is why temps are constantly upset over pay mistakes, and clients are upset over inaccurate and timely invoicing. Field recruiters are paid FAR below industry standard and there are zero opportunities for additional comp. Field management are promised bonuses that are either 9 months late or not given at all. Executive team is only interested in winning minority spend opportunities and developing software that can take over the VMS world. ABSOLUTELY zero investment in their people OR systems. No attempt to rebuke this review can, in complete honesty, say this review is not accurate. Anything else is a complete falsification of the facts.

Acro Response
9y
We are sorry this was your impression of the company. It is true that we encourage employees to share their experience by writing reviews, but we want them to be honest and truthful reflections of their experiences. We also do encourage the employees to respond to the annual Best & Brightest survey, but responses are confidential and no one in the company sees these surveys. Again we expect this to be an honest and truthful representation of their experience from which we can determine areas in which we are exceling and areas in which we need to improve. As we have stated previoulsy we are diligently looking at options to improve our infrastructure so that we may keep pace with growth, however we have to manage that process so that we do not have any service interruptions for our customers, so it is a bit of a process that requires time, patience and due diligence. Our Payroll and Accounting teams work very diligently and while we do try to avoid mistakes, we are human and from time to time a mistake may occur. When that is called to our attention we work quickly to respond to and correct the situation. As for compensation, we are constantly reviewing our structures to ensure that we remain competitive in the marketplace. That is key to our being able to attract and retain the best and brightest talent in a very competitive environment. Bonuses are paid out as accounting is processed and calculations are verified. Quarterly bonuses for example have to be paid out after the accounting for the previous quarter is complete and verified. So admiteddly this does take a little time, but we want to ensure payouts are correct! The Executive Team is interested in growing our business and expanding all market opportunities that will allow us to remain a strong competitor in the staffing industry. As for ethics, we take that responsibility extremely seriously as maintaining an ethical, credible presense is the cornerstone to any successful business. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your time here, but we understand that some opportunities are not for everyone. Therefore, we sincerely wish you the very best in all your future career endeavors!
