Pros

Actalent has a really great culture and that is why I have stuck with them for over 8 years

Cons

Technology investments are lacking and this creates some extra work for employees. I believe things are on the up-swing though looking into the next few years

Pros

In my personal career path at Actalent I have been provided with career advancement opportunities in an amazing culture and diverse atmosphere. Senior management has recognized my efforts and through growth and marketplace capture I have been provided with career growth opportunities. Hard work gets recognized and they provide you with all the means you could think of for self development as well as opportunities for training and career growth by strengthening skills and weaknesses.
