Company culture - they do not lie, this place is very feedback oriented, they want you to grow and succeed in the company. We do team lunches, outings and happy hours. Growth - As I mentioned previously, the opportunity for growth of course the higher you perform the sooner you could be promoted. Compensation - we are compensated very well here. A nice base salary plus the opportunity quarterly bonuses which are hefty compared to what I have been offered at other companies. Hybrid- Love this!! I go into the office 2 days a week and work from home 3 days. However, when I did have a cold I was able to stay home and work which wasn't a problem at all.

Cons

I have not experienced any downsides to working at this company. I can honestly say accepting this position was the best thing I could have done in the moment but also for my future.
