Pros
Stable pay - as long as u paint within boundaries and don't raise any eyebrows you are fine. Abenity benefits can get interesting sometimes.
Cons
Very less pay - even with 2 years of experience you are going to make less than a "just out of college graduate" makes. -Treat you like cash cow - Do not understand the engineering, so they tend to place you somewhere you don't belong without having a clue. You have to make sure you stand up ! -Takes advantage of desperate engineer looking for jobs there by reducing quality of workforce.
