A business with new ownership and growth

Pros

Coming out of a difficult period, with a very promising growth plan for the next few years.

Cons

Budget is tight until growth starts to be achieved, but this is really no different to any business that has previously been poorly managed but has new leadership with a really good vision for the future.

- interesting work - great people to work with

Cons

- executive leadership is out of touch with what’s happening in the business - cash flow is a huge problem - members of the executive team demonstrate awful behaviours with bullying being witnessed by the masses.
