Pros

It's good for low salaried people. You will have a long career in here. Management is crazy. They don't know the value of people. You are just a salary amount to them.

Cons

Can't handle people with high salaries. You will be fired as soon as your replacement is found. Beware... join only if you can work in low salary, or just avoid hiring in your team, as much as you can.
