*Excellent cast of characters to work with (not necessarily for) *Plenty of opportunity for cross training *great work/home balance

Cons

*Leadership issues pie-in-the-sky mandates with no plan for execution, nor any comprehension of what is required. *feels like several different offices instead of one company. Some locations are better than others. *there is a profound lack of trust in upper management, with reason. *The culture is changing with new leadership, not sure it is for the better.

Pros

The packages are quite good and there are some really nice and talented people at the bottom of the pile so they are a great bunch of folk to work with.

Cons

Management (or lack of it) is a completely different story. Senior Management seem to spend their time flying around the globe at great expense and not actually achieving anything and middle management are fairly useless and could be got rid of in a heart-beat and no-one would miss them. There is no scope for personal development and there is a general feeling that it all feels like a sinking ship. Great shame but with so very little investment in advertising then I suppose that is what will eventually happen!

They do not value tenacity and dedication and even when the numbers look great be careful you may still be fired. The CMO is horrible at managing and has no people skills at all.
