The company acquired some really cool technology that can be used for some of the toughest big data challenges, and so there should be opportunities to create new products and make a difference.

Cons

Lots of separate products and teams, each with different customers - collaboration can be a challenge. Expect the organization to continue to change as the company figures out which customers and industries to focus on with its technologies.
