- independent work possible and desired - very good Teamwork, Hand in Hand with all Team in all Offices arround the world - open communication and very good accessibility of the Managers - improvement possible and desired - The Corona Pandemic was managed outstandig good so far - flexible working hours

The different time zones create sometimes a very long working day, but you can manage your time by yourself and take extra off somewhere else
