      Mature structure and processes, they didn't achieve CMMI level 4 in Service AND Development for nothing! Extremely knowledgeable and caring executive team. Outstanding benefits, seriously

      Benefits are good but nothing else good about this horrible company.

      Cons

      Unstable company and they lost most of their contracts. This company will be sinking soon. Revolving door of employees. This company is the worst.

      Pros

      Pros: this company is better then most DC area consulting companies. My direct manager has a very good understanding of my work and is responsive to my needs. the salary and benefits are comparable plus a few good perks. there are good opportunities to grow here by changing contracts. ActioNet is a very stable company and I'm very happy with my employment here.

      Creating a better connection between people like me who are at the client site 100% of the time and the rest of the company
