Pros

The financial compensation and benefits packages were okay. HR was easy to work with during both on-boarding and off-boarding, and seemed to be fairly process-oriented in general.

Cons

The contract I worked on had managed to amass quite an array of high-level engineering expertise, but toward the end, new Program Management was brought on board. The newer management (with the full support of the executive team) seemed to go out of their way to alienate contract personnel to the point that a mass exodus occurred. Many of the staff suspected that management intentionally created a hostile work environment in order to reduce headcount/costs in preparation for the upcoming contract renewal. But regardless of the underlying cause, management's abrasive style left most of the departing engineers with bad memories of the company. I wouldn't work there again even for double my former salary, and I would highly encourage prospective employees to entertain offers elsewhere (or to at least have a backup plan/exit strategy if they do choose to take a gamble with this company). With the recent expiration of ActioNet's special business status, management's ineptitude will surely lead to the company's downfall.
