      Scheduling long sessions, high burnout, if someone calls out the whole schedule goes crazy. Not enough sick days to take!

      ABC really recognizes the importance of investing in employees - both professionally and personally (mental/physical): Healthcare insurance (medical, dental, paternity); bonuses incentives; annual appreciation celebration; etc.

      Cons

      Some days can be busier than others - probably will take breaks different times depending on the schedule that day.

      First ABA Employer - amazing

      Started as a behaviorial tech - ABC covered my certification fees and gives a set amount of CEUs. Full healthcare benefits for you and family, good paternity bonus, DailyPay; session cancellations doesnt affect hours.

      Cons

      Can be physically and mentally demanding; may have to deal with last minute co worker call-ins.
