Pros

Working at Action Behavior Centers has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I've had the opportunity to grow from a direct clinical role into leadership, develop incredible relationships with families and teammates, and see firsthand the impact quality ABA services can have on a child's life. What I appreciate most is the shared commitment to helping kiddos reach their fullest potential while continuously investing in the growth and development of team members. It has challenged me, stretched my leadership skills, and allowed me to be part of something that truly makes a difference every day. Nearly six years ago, I joined ABC because I wanted to make a difference. Since then, I've grown professionally in ways I never imagined. I've learned how to lead through challenges, support teams through growth, celebrate wins big and small, and most importantly help create access to care for families who need it. The work isn't always easy, but knowing the impact we have on kiddos and their families makes it incredibly meaningful. ❤️🧩

Cons

At the same time, the work can be demanding. The fast pace, frequent change, and high expectations require adaptability, resilience, and strong time management skills. Balancing the needs of families, teammates, clinical outcomes, and operational goals can sometimes feel overwhelming, particularly during periods of rapid growth. While the accountability and focus on results can drive success, they can also create stress if healthy boundaries and self care are not maintained. Overall, my experience at ABC has been one of tremendous growth, learning, and purpose, but it has also taught me the importance of prioritizing sustainability and balance while pursuing excellence.

Pros

Loved working with the kiddos and the team was very helpful as well as encouraging.

Cons

The job itself is very demanding and there could be better ways to help the RBTs work through burntout.
