Strong learning opportunities but high demands

Lots of learning opportunities. Provide assent based care. Work alongside lots of other BCBAs. High practice standards.

Cons

Staffing RBTs / moderately high turnover but that is not ABC specific. Required to bill an average of 30 treatment hours weekly -all of which are client facing. Will never cancel a patient- sessions are covered at any cost.
