Toxic culture with bullying and poor management

Everything. At least the workplace up in Greeley, other RBTs were so judgmental. They would talk about people behind their back, take pictures of people and make fun of them for looking ‘weird’ and pass those pictures around. And for being a place that works with autistic kids, so many people were so mean to those kids and just didn’t seem to understand autism despite our training. And people would constantly steal belongings from personal lockers. The most toxic work environment I’ve ever worked in. Also, I had the flu during our training period/probationary period — but I was told I would be fired if I took time off despite having the flu. And yes, I got others sick. Brilliant management, really.
