Great experience for anyone interested in psychology and autism. I’d definitely recommend it as a stepping stone toward becoming a BCBA. The caseload is solid, you’re constantly learning, and you build meaningful friendships along the way.

Cons

One potential downside is the risk of burnout if supervision isn’t strong or consistent. Other than that, there aren’t any major concerns.
