ABC prioritizes the experience of the therapists. They focus heavily on ensuring therapists are well trained and supported by their supervisors. They focus on the therapist experience so all therapists have a fun and positive place to come to everyday! For BCBAs, ABC offers low caseloads of 8 patients. The structure of the company ensures several administrative duties, that BCBAs often take on in other companies, are taken off the plate of the BCBAs so they can focus on their patient and providing the high quality care. Leadership is very focused on creating career growth paths for all our teammates. It is reassuring to work for a company that is so invested in the professional development of their teammates.

Cons

ABC is still a relatively new company and because of that some of the company infrastructure is still being put into place.

Reliable company, predictable hours and pay (8-4:30), all weekends off, several holidays (a calendar sent out in advance each year), PTO, opportunities for promotion or movement within the company. It is a company with a good history of teamwork and legality.

Cons

Pay is hourly, PTO takes time to accrue, time off for one team member impact and puts strain on entire team, sick time is counted against you, break times are inconsistent, and inconsistent communication from leadership.
