Management only cares about the money coming in. That includes turn over rate being nearly 90%. New clients and therapists were always in and out of the door, with only mind for how it would benefit the leaders. No mind at all how these kids with autism who thrive off of routine and familiarity, will be affected. Work life balance was not good, you would be told you were traveling after you already arrived to your home location, and at sometimes, be required to be on call day of, even when it wasn’t scheduled (and give you 2 occurrences if you decline). When you start this job they tell you that you will know by 8 am day of if you were traveling but they didn’t pay mind to that, it was always on their time and you were expected to follow through. The work culture there is unkind, messy, and you don’t know who you can trust bc one small comment made, even without proof or being asked, can get you fired, because once again, you are replaceable, they don’t care about you or how they treat you, management does not follow the core values they expect you to follow. Messy conversations, expectations to be best friends with everyone, leaders who care only about the success of themselves, co-workers who like to think they are better than everyone else and make you feel stupid for every little thing, and as well as people who are there for fun and to be a rumor factory. The therapists(us), were required to be no later than 8am on the dot when work started, but guess what, leadership would show up 10 minutes late, while parents, kids and therapist were waiting out in the parking lot, 10 minutes late into billing time, opening time, and time for us to get settled in. But, no matter how late, rude, and disrespectful they and everyone there was, you’re expected to be 100 everyday, no matter what. Save your time and find a company, and a location (Prosper North Preston, Prosper, TX), better than this one and I promise you it will save you from so much.
