The company's values are evident in every decision that's made and the people working here really function as a family. - Collaborative and friendly work environment - Open office design that actually works because of the collaboration that takes place. The corporate office is located downtown in a restored historic building - Leadership team is really open to new ideas and continuous improvement - Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment but there's no shortage of work-life balance - Balanced growth strategy - leadership believes in "earning the right to grow"

Cons

Some business units are still relatively immature so there is plenty of room for process development and/or improvement, technology implementation/upgrades, etc., but they're certainly on their way!
