Very open place to work, they genuinely listen to ideas from employees and customers, they hire good people to do good work, then get out of their way. We have regular events to bring in remote workers globally for team building, and we all get along like we have known each other for years. They pay real salaries not local averages, and they actually do treat employees with enormous respect. Any employee in the company can reach the C-Suite effortlessly and be heard. All in all, a great place to work, entire careers are being built here, and established careers are being polished.

I’ve been with the company for about six months and genuinely enjoy working here. Strong technical leadership, competitive compensation, high engineering standards, and real ownership of the code you build. The company is very business- and customer-oriented and is actively expanding toward enterprise clients, which creates interesting technical challenges and room to grow.
