Pros
Genuinely supportive management and a team that actually believes in what they're building. The level of trust and autonomy given to engineers is refreshing — you're treated like an adult. Async communication works surprisingly well, work-life balance is real (not just a policy on paper), and the product is both interesting and successful. Ideas get heard, and people feel empowered to contribute beyond their immediate scope.
Cons
There's a notable amount of legacy code that needs to be reworked — not unusual for a product of this scale, but worth knowing going in. Career progression paths aren't clearly defined, so it can be hard to understand what "leveling up" actually looks like in practice.
