Pros

Great management. It's a good company to work for.

Cons

They don't give raises so there's very little incentive to do better

Pros

- for the most part, you only interact with "the boss" over email and the phone - people are typically friendly - able to pick up as few or as many commitments as you want

Cons

- a little disorganized - job satisfaction massively depends on what store you are in and the other people who regularly work there - some stores are a blessing, while others can be awkward

Pros

- Good pay - pay for everything down to how many pages you print for the project -bosses are on top of the projects and send out common things that other reps are struggling with to make sure you have all the info - part-time make your own schedule and have the ability to re-schedule work based on personal life changes.

Cons

- stores don't really want to work with you, you get the why are you here look multiple times during a project - the materials provided don't match up at all to what you see in the store - no access to the POG until you are in store and can print from their computers- you waste A LOT of time trying to find the right store personal instead of working on the project - some projects are going in and placing a price tag up - not even worth the drive to the store - often times you will get a project that says an hour or more but the store can't locate what was sent to them for that project, so you spend 30 mins looking for it to no avail. Then you have to report nothing was done on your survey waisting another 20 mins filling out the questions that you didn't get to do. - not enough hours given
