- Travel about 6 times a year - Much more stable than a year ago - Can see a positive future with ActionLink - Can see ActionLink being around for 10+ years - Line Level employees can be promoted - Pay Increases - Pay rates for part-time weekend work - Management restructure which changed everything in a positive way - Get to work with some of the best CE companies in the world

Cons

- Client expectations can sometimes be unrealistic - Yearly holiday lay offs but this year there might not be - When its busy, its VERY busy but that is part of any job!

Pros

I developed a lot of skills working here. There were some incredibly hard working people, including field upper management. They really care about developing their teams and helping them to succeed.

Cons

There are too many bosses and very few leaders. In my experience, you cannot trust most people in management to be honest and take the blame for mistakes. The lack of ownership when things do not go well is incredible. They will either "lay off", fire, or force out the closest scapegoat instead of acknowledging there is a problem, digging into it, and correcting it. It's as if they thing the manager is the only the problem, and never is it the process. They have no problem spending money on a 2,000 gallon slat water fish tank, upper management, or extra cars, but when it comes to spending money on training, salaries, or benefits, good luck. In my time there, I took on many more responsibilities while only getting a slight pay raise. I went to management and asked for $X to go along with my new responsibilities. They said they thought I was worth 80% of X. When I found a new job for $X, they wondered why I was leaving.

Pros

Been here 3 years now. Actionlink has helped me build a strong sales foundation and mentality that I will have with me for life. I received training on a weekly basis, this role is challenging in many different ways, not a position for the faint of heart. I continued to receive encouragement and support from my direct manager who really made me believe that I would be successful—which is ultimately why I stayed.
