      Pros

      The job is very flexible with school, as you only work weekends, and sometimes on Fridays Great training, all online. Direct communication with your supervisor.

      Cons

      Surveys must be submitted after every shift, and can get a little tedious. Surveys require you to get customer pictures, which can be difficult to get at times. Blackout periods of two weeks with no hours a couple of times a year.

      Pros

      A professionally managed company that does what it says it will do. Expectations were made clear and the proper tools to attain those expectations were provided. It was a pleasure working at Actionlink.

      Cons

      Losing contracts and total hours available were always challenging.
