2+ years ago this was a great place to work with high wages and work available.

Cons

In the last 2 years I have had 6+ different managers. All have left or been fired. Pay has been cut by a significant amount. You can't get in touch with anyone to find out anything. One day you work and the next you are out of a job. Action Link will not last. They are losing clients and there isn't work available. Its a shame because they were great part time work before all the above took affect.

Pros

It is a great learning experience. The stores they are linked with are fantastic. I've met some very bright individuals.

Cons

The major downside is that the upper management changes quicker than the speed of light. A lot of time when I would call my manager the phone would say the number you have reached has been disconnected.
