So Far So Good

Pros

They seem to be very appreciative of their employees and have built a very connected group of employees for my region. Starting out they made sure I was comfortable and had all the tools for success I needed. Management is incredibly responsive and helpful. There is absolutely NO micromanaging, but they still maintain an appropriate amount of feedback and coaching through monthly group calls. A very understanding group of people and my manager has been particularly supportive of my education. Pay is very good for starting out and depending on performance, give out quarterly bonuses.

Cons

Since it is remote hiring, the orientation and initial start-up can be awkward and confusing. I came in at a time that they just added a new big brand to their company, so communication and training weren't the best initially. It also took almost 2-3 weeks of me working before I received a uniform and name badge. You will very rarely meet or talk in person to your manager or regional supervisor.

Unorganized

Pros

Decent hourly pay and benefits. (Pay is dependent on client/program)

Cons

Unorganized company. Managers in leadership roles lack leadership qualities. Leadership does everything to please the client without ever taking in account the affect the unrealistic work load will have on field reps.
