Pros

ActionLink is the definition of people work for people, from the National director of sales to the Senior Vice President and even to the CEO, you will not find a better company to work for. I have had the privilege of working for the company for two years and still I am still here, the upper level leadership and support is amazing. The DM is provided all tools and training for success. You are not micromanaged and your work life balance is absolutely great. Do no hesitate to apply and work for this organization.

Cons

Projects as a 3PL company can come to an end, you are given 1 to 2 months notice, but the leaders work extremely hard every day to acquire new contracts.
