Good pay. Freedom of not having management with you at all times , but there to check up on you weekly. Easily call or text for help.
Cons
You’re usually working in a store trying to sell a specific brand, they’re other sales representative for specific brands that are employees of the store so there’s a fine line with respecting the store you’re working with and their employees and attaining customers that would have been theirs.
