Drive a ton, you'll smash fingers, get cuts and bruises, bleed and ache, I've gotten one 12% raise a year and a half into the job, and about four months later it was announced that everyone was taking a 20% pay cut 'to be more competitive in the market', leaving me working for less than I started for. Manager turnover is ridiculous, the most I've had a given DM for is about 8 months, one only for 3 or 4 before he went to another position.

Poor upper management. Constant change in direction. Low pay. Poor benefits. Unprofessional. No training.
