      Great coworkers, but disorganized management and low flexibility

      Great coworkers, pleasant office space

      Cons

      Disorganized with management at the whims of the CEO. Low PTO. No option for hybrid or remote work despite the fact that the job could be done easily from home in case of a weather event or sick day, which then forces you to take a day off when you could just work from home. Micromanagement and no flexibility.

      Pros

      I ABSOLUTELY recommend Activ8! If you’re thinking about applying… DO IT! I can’t think of a single work experience that was better for my career!

      Cons

      Not a single one! I left with my manager’s blessing to go into business for myself and I know for a fact I wouldn’t have had the confidence to do that without the experiences I had working here!
