      It's all on your own, you need to promote mastercard in grocery stores, where people have no idea what you are promoting.

      Very friendly environment and detailed training. Good for non experience candidate to start recruiting. There are a lot of room to grow.

      Recruiting has ups and downs all the time. But we still have to keep going!!!

      -Benefits package is pretty great -Some of the people that you meet there -Learn about Japanese culture and language -Trips we used to take as a company (whenever CEO feels like it)

      Cons

      -They belittle you and do not acknowledge the hard work that you do -Supervisors are valued but everyone else is at the bottom of the work chain -Overworked and underpaid -Does not understand ethics in terms of their HR department or work culture -Poor business decisions causes company not to thrive
