Very Scary Place

Pros

Met some real talented folks in the operations area, finance, and support staff. These people know their stuff very well and if you ask they will share with you knowledge and information about their area.

Cons

Upper management was scary! Fighting and shouting pretty common. If you were in middle management you literally were stuck in the "middle' between factions. HR was of no help either as the person was a former office manager with little or limited HR background. They lose many talented folks which is costly in terms of recruiting fees, etc.

Good products and a team that was enthusiastic about winning accounts.

Actividentity has implemented the wrong strategy. The multiple management changes took the company off course.
