Pros

Was a growing company with a lot of acquisitions.

Cons

- Company had no idea how to merge after acquisitions, even did not merge their email servers, benefits email were sometimes not recieved. - Lot of young managers with no idea of how to manage, very unorganized. - I worked in a very distributed team environment with different team functional responsibilty with no one owning or knowing the scope or status of the whole project. - There were a lot of new employees being added with a major bulk of then team being added in China on a daily basis. - Was expected to work late every day. - Felt like a very rigid way of doing tasks.

Pros

Great work environment, great people to work alongside, and opportunity to help organizations. Opportunities to contribute to the community. Opportunity to work out at work.

Cons

Compensation below market average, health coverage is not the best. business units can be dis-jointed. Multiple offices / focuses makes it hard to see career path. Unless you work in the San Diego office, many leadership roles will likely not be available to you.
