      Difficult times

      Pros

      Challenges of helping people, even if they dont want ur help. Working in a changing healthcare enfironment, with new things happening all the time. Large company with small company feel.

      Cons

      Overworked, many priorities but lack resources to get job done. Parent company uses this as an income making venture but does not let it invest in future but takes the money away to fund other things.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Time off is very easy to schedule and take. The job itself is not hard and there is a lot of down time.

      Cons

      Very very limited growth and developement opportunities. Management plays favorites and promotes based on it. Also, management is very unprofessional and speaks to employees regarding other employees problems, issues and personal information. They also have very high turnover.
