      ~OK benefits.. ~nice perks, coffee, subsidised beverages.. ~competitive compensation...

      Cons

      ~No career path unless u have no problem with boot licking ~Middle management is a big sham. They have no clue of the basics in designing or developing systems, but some how managed to become "leaders"..may be by applying the above rule.. ~Reviews are a BIG joke.

      Can't think of many....the pay is decent.

      Cons

      Even though many employees can work from home, there is little to zero flexibility. If you are a professional with graduate degrees and want to be monitored and treated like a child, then this place may be a good fit for you.

      Lack of planning and constantly putting down fires. Weak matrix no true middle management. Multiple bosses with no people management sensitivity. Resources with tenure at company claim SME status when they truly don't have deep expertise
