Joined the company after graduating from college and was initially hired as a Business Development Representative in a new Inside Sales Program. Working for a small company like Active Navigation, there are multiple opportunities and avenues for growth and career advancement. Senior management is helpful and provides you the freedom to perform your day-to-day as you see fit.

Cons

Employees need to be very autodidact to be successful here as training programs are not entirely built out. Marketing program needs to be built out.

First job right out of college, got incredible business/ sales experience. At a small company vs a large sales organization the BDRs are able to participate in not only cold calling but warm lead follow up, account management and direct feedback from sales executives. The BDR's are a crucial part of the sales cycle not just a number as seen in other organizations. Attainable goals to hit commission.

Cons

I was one of the two employees to be apart of the first Inside Sales program at the company so there weren't standardized processes in place but we were given the opportunity to implement the processes we felt were best for the program and company.
