Great product with owner who worked hard to build something special.
Cons
Outside of CEO and Product Team, the experience lacks maturity. Struggling Growth Team shows no signs of creating strategy that is effective or professional. Up hill battle in Sales Role. Limited management, resources or leadership. Upside for Sales Mangers looking to lead a small proactive team and create a positive environment with plenty of upside.

My first entry into the IT world was through ActivePDF. I spent four years at this company an I feel I owe much of my success to the growth I gained while working here. At the time, the CEO took me under his wing, and while busy, helped mentor and empower me, not only development wise, but in all aspects of business and life. I can't say enough good things about this place. I ended up leaving because I had basically mastered the developer support game and moved on to being a developer - which I had a huge leg up on the field having worked in developer support for 4 years. If you're looking at getting into the IT field, or are looking to enhance your IT skills, this is an amazing place to do so.
Cons
I can't think of a con, but if you're not willing or eager to learn this is probably not the job for you. You get the opportunity to wear a lot of hats so you need to like that role.
