Unlimited PTO is something we are proud to offer here, and it is important to us that everyone feels they can take the time they need. In addition to our flexible remote-first working environment and the 13 scheduled company holidays that are customized by local geography, our recommended MINIMUM for taking time off is 15 days. To ensure this, we report out on PTO twice per year to ensure that team members are taking the time off when they want it. While we do understand every department has different needs, we are committed to creating a better working environment for all our employees and will further asses feedback on this.
