Pros

- Great people at all levels of the company - everyone is willing to pitch in and teach you what they know. There's even an option to be reimbursed for going to lunch with a coworker you don't interact directly. I'm happy to call many of my current and former coworkers friends. - Excellent culture - There is competitive compensation and benefits, a nice office with a well-stocked kitchen, lunch several days a week, and regular happy hours. - Work/Life Balance is fantastic - Unlimited (but guided) PTO policy with the option to WFH as needed. Office hours are flexible and staying late is not something that is usually expected. - Regardless of which department you work in, I think there is a lot of flexibility in how you approach your job, be that through the code bases you choose to promote and explore or the processes you implement for yourself or your team. There are always different facets to a given role and I've seen people take the same job in completely different directions - and in my view that's been a great thing for the company. On a more personal note, I've been at the company for 7 years which is nearly a lifetime in the tech industry. I've changed roles 3 times and have been afforded some amazing opportunities for growth here.

Cons

There are the usual challenges that come with growth to a more mid-sized company.
