Ok company

Pros

A lot of talent to work with. Strong engineer team, not so strong art(certain game doesn't care about art as much as programming). Leadership(most, depends on your team still) is grown up enough to allow you achieve some degree of work life balance. Male friendly company and if you happen to have some traits that fit into their culture, you can become one of the boys.

Cons

Not a female friendly environment.
