Pros

- there is nothing in my mind

Cons

- the way the company really works is that if a client has an issue with one of the games, and they want to make a complaint, they can't really contact us. They just redirect you to a message saying either there's no agents available or you're not looking at the right time (as working hours are different from where you are) - Another thing that really that is unfair is that a person can't use a game cross-platform - so you have to buy each game on 2 different devices even if you own all of them - and even if you do that, you have a lot of bugs including losing of ingame currency and items - whenever a client wants to make a complain - gets to the problem above mentioned
