Pros

Get to work on extremely popular games for one of the biggest companies in the space.

Cons

Constantly understaffed and overworked. The level of employee turnover in the QA department is the worst I've ever seen.

Work Here At Your Own Risk

Pros

- Great Coworkers - Opportunity to move up in the company - Work hands on in the video game industry for some good experience

Cons

- Terrible Communication, zero to no transparency - Hypocrisy, They talk a lot about appreciating workers, but then do everything they can to make their lives harder - Management does not care about workers under them (Lots of brown nosing) - Can be moved from project to project with little to no heads up - Told we have a say in things, but when giving legit critics and advice nothings is ever actually done with it or about it

Great People - Weak Pay

Recommend

Pros

Awesome time to be in gaming. Working on big titles is fun and carries some prestige. Really great people to work with and a lot of fun.

Cons

Bad news headlines and lack of clear upward mobility is frustrating. Pay is not competitive.
