Upper management has a blatant disregard for the health and safety of their employees. They force changes that the employees have made abundantly clear are not something they approve of and will actively harm the health and well-being of the employees. Leadership's response was basically a canned response of "too bad for you, I don't care, do it anyway or quit." leadership refuses to negotiate in good faith with union organizers and continually demonstrates active union-busting efforts.
