Truly about business

Pros

Learned so many new skills and met some great developers (the true heroes). Can be a jumping off point if you survive the cons

Cons

Complicated report structures, documentation all over the place, no cohesive standards amongst all studios, and only a COD factory. Activision owns an unbelievable amount of IP that they refuse to reuse because it doesn't bring in money. Quick to burnout employees and corporate pushes back against unionization.

Pros

The rebuilding Activision has done is felt throughout the entire organization. We are a team of new comers who are launching the company into the next phase of their journey. I feel as though I am a change agent and ready to redefine what it means to be in the gaming industry.

Cons

Activision has plenty of remote options available; however I would love to see the company continue down this path versus hybrid. This way we can bring in diverse talent outside of the greater CA area.

Pros

The benefits are really good, especially the extra little perks. Work from home is honestly the best.

Cons

The pay should be higher considering record profits and rising inflation.
