Pros

You'll get to meet some cool people and suffer together under some of the worse management you'll ever see.

Cons

* Horrible pay * Toxic blame culture with senior management who love yelling and slamming at desks * Terrible old tooling due to stingy management not willing to spend to modernise their hardware and software infrastructure I still get PTSD flashbacks from this hell years after departure. Worst company I've ever worked for.

Pros

Decent pay, worked with great artists and had an awesome supervisor

Cons

Unethical company at the top. The final straw was the multiple sexual harassment lawsuits that seemed to make no difference in the eyes of the execs. Expectations in terms of deadlines were frustrating and working on the same title (COD) constantly was so brain-numbing after a while.
