chill work, great entry for getting into video games

High school like atmosphere, the upper leadership saids they care then they just differ you to a "specialist" where that leads no where. Tons of gossip and politics, be smart and take advantage of all there paid learning opportunity's. Find forward momentum in your career as soon as possible

- almost impossible to get a permanent - poor management - performances are poorly evaluated, no matter how good you are, your contract will 99% be extinguished
