      Really Passionate people, The atmosphere is amazing if you love gaming and there is no cut throat competition to outdo each other

      The pay is not as good as some of the other top companies

      The People. The Video Game industry is just fantastic in relation to the people you meet and work with. Some fun Company activities. I was lucky enough to have good management during most of my tenure

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance but this should be expected during crunch time. Low wages for QA. Very few opportunities for upward mobility
