Pros

Great perks and great people. Santa Monica is Idyllic. Working at a gaming company affords everyone the opportunity to unleash their inner child and have a good time.

Cons

Job was not technical product management. Mostly financially based and focuses on the marketing side of the business rather than product creation.

Pros

Benefits, perks, company overall culture. They organization is all about rewarding its employees for hard work.

Cons

Mismatch between personnel and culture. A lot of intelligent people within Headquarters however there is a disconnect between the people and the image the organization gives off. This is mostly a headquarters issue as opposed to a studio (treyarch) issue.
