Smart and talented people. Good office perks. Fun Products/brands. Culture that drives for perfection. Ability to play video games at work.

Cons

Very top heavy. Marketing plans driven by P&L vs. what's right for the brands. Benefits are not great, especially healthcare/dental coverage and 401k company matching.
