Pros

Lots of cool people that love games. Its a big corporation so, employees gets lots of different benefits. Also a nice bonus at the end of the year depending on how well your product does.

Cons

Even though its a game company, it still feels like a corporate company with cubicles and such. Also since its a big company sometimes things can be slow to get done.

Pros

Good people in QA, down to Earth. Creative, cool people.....in QA.

Cons

Management has no clue what they are doing as far as relating to their employees or customers, it's a typical TAKE the money out of their pockets instead of make awesome products and shut up and let them give their money freely. Pointless politics, yada yada yada. It's the same crap everywhere in corporate America, you've heard it all before and nothing will change and eventually they will file for bankruptcy AGAIN like they did several years ago. I can't wait to see them and EA fail.
